It has a reasonable lawn and patio in the backyard, and also

some slopped land up to the hill. The lawn and patio are big enough for kids to play.

We are thinking about doing more things in our backyard, including a infinitive pool and a sauna...The slopped land can be put into a beautiful terrace back yard which the previous owners have not really done too much.
