哪位大侠知道: 车库的门的问题出在哪里? 多谢!!!

车库的门打不开, 也关不上. 按开关后, 只听到声音, 门丝毫不往下或往上走. 前一个星期我都是从里面, 用手把门抬上去, 再拉下来, 哎!!! 哪位大侠知道的, 请帮忙出出主意, 谢谢先!
