You are not giving each other enough attention.

Ask each of you the question: apart from the chores of daily life, do you feel the care of passion from your partner, or if your partner makes attempts to show such passion do you routinely refuse them?

Don't refuse a hug from your hu*****and, even if you have a diaper in hand to dispose.
