NO 4. 买房的各种手续费大概多少?
我的closing cost is about $5000. no point, interest rate is 5.875. closing cost include:Appraisal fee,document Preparation fee, application fee, tax service fee, document delivery fee,title insurance fee, endorsements, hazard insurance, city property tax for 4 month, Attorney fee,settle/close fee.
