Like both very much. Almost the same size. But the size of old one includes finished basement and attic, which is about 800sf. So if we only account 1st and 2nd floor, the new one is much larger then the old one.
Old One: 21 years old; owner did a good maintaince job. In a better school district and better location. Good privacy.
However, it had some termite and flooding problems before, but the owner said they have been completed fixed. Backyard has a swimming pool, which we don't like very much (for safty reason).
New one: 8 years old. Looks very new. The school district and location is fine, but not as good as the old one. Asking price is 10k more than the old one. Another concern is although the house itself is in a rather new community, but the houses behind it are quite old and cheap. Big yard with nice lawn.
Which one to buy? Please share your ideas and reasons. Thanks a lot!

除去termite and flooding问题,个人认为第一个更好。
