It was snowing from the morning to noon. I enjoyed having a cup of tea on hand, looking through the windows while the snow flakes were floating down from the sky. Maybe because I was born in south China, every time I see the snow falling down from the sky, I still feel as excited as the first time I saw the snow. Today, I even went outside the house to take some photos in our street that was covered with snow. It looks so pure and peaceful outside.
The ground is covered with snow, so we can enjoy a peaceful Sunday afternoon at home. We decide to cook some spring rolls to celebrate Chinese New Year, so we started to make the filling, I washed the bean sprouts. My hu*****and used the food processor to chop up the Chinese cabbage, chicken breast and shrimp. We cooked up the fillings in the wok, then rolled them in the thin spring roll sheets and deep fried them. Within an hour, our delicious home made spring rolls were ready. Life is beautiful.
