I admire you ... we feel we need a house but the strange thing is, we are not motivated enough to go to open houses every week. It could be the market--slow, not many good-priced houses, and the concern of the price trend.
We just think a capable and personality-compatable real estate agent will help us get in the mood and action.
May I ask how many houses you looked at before you locked in on the one?
