She is taking multiple jobs. That is the problem. She is giving herself too much pressure that she cannot handle. She is probably making everyone around her very uncomfortable. She needs to take her lg as a teammate not a subject to blame on (I may be totally wrong since I really do not know the case). Sorry about that.
