危极，一把双面剑！也谈房地产泡沫

我的一位教授曾经对我说过，中文的“危极”非常形象，生动的表达了英文同义词不能传输，表达的意思，“危险”和“机会”并存。危险越大，机会也就越大。

看到，听到，谈到房地产泡沫，算是清谈派，不算是有独到见解的，有投资头脑的人。关键是有本领，能够在涨跌的过程中随波逐浪，而不被浪潮冲走，被淘汰。

老中一向有跟风炒作的习惯。一说上涨，大家跟风买进，比如上海的房市；一谈到下跌，又恐慌地不得了，纷纷割肉抛出。比如香港的地产市场。这些狠坏的例子都是非常典型的老中为主的市场。

美加房地产要降温了，这个是人人知道的事情。第一，没有必要大惊小怪；第二，要想办法在这样的市场牟利。

大家都知道，股市投资。大户和机构是可是卖空的，即股市下跌，人家也能赚钱。地产下跌了，你能不能尽你的所能做点什么，比在网上跟人家生气要强多了。

许多日子以前，我草草写了一篇短文，说房子价钱下跌，我换大房。即使下跌，两千平尺左右的房子，下跌的幅度要比大房子，四千平尺的房子，幅度要小。

当然，具体怎么操作，要看当地，当时的条件和情况，具体问题，具体分析。

我的这条经验，是跟犹太人学的。2000年我买我的投资房子的时候，看到最好的位置，最好的条件的房子基本上都是犹太人的。

当时我非常奇怪，怎么我看到的好房子都握在人家犹太人手里了呢？仔细打听才知道，原来，本地房地产危机刚刚过去没有几年，处在恢复期间。

没有人赔钱，怎么会有人赚钱呢？注意，搞投资的，多数人赔钱。只有少数人才赚钱。少数人怎样才能赚钱，靠危险，比如有的网友谈到的房地产泡沫。
