[购房急问！！！] 西雅图购房问题~~~ 谢谢！！！

大侠们能否提供点建议？谢谢！！！

上周五我们在 Seattle, Bellevue 区看到一房：1986年建，1930 Ft2 / 6700 Ft2 of lot, 3 beds + 2.5 baths. 学区有点差 (Renton).要价 $459K, 我们给 OFFER %465K，最高限价 $485K。结果是我们可能为第二高。

昨天晚上，我们的 REALTOR 告诉我们第一高买主已经退出，问我们是否愿意 $485 购买。我们回绝。今天 REALTOR 又联系我们，告诉卖家愿意 $465 出卖。

问题是如此大的价格变化会不会有比较大的问题？是否值得冒险？

那位大侠遇到类似经历，请多多体建议！
