Yes, but not so much.

I used to lived in Plano and worked in Arlington. The tax, gas in Arlington is cheaper than Plano, but not so much. Plano and Frisco are new cities compare to other cities in dallas area, but the school are better, shopping places are better, and the level of presidents are better...
