双层玻璃窗, Milgard or Sears' brand?

I'd like to have four patio windows and one kitchen window changed to double pane.

Last week when I was at Sears, a salesman convinced me to let Sears person come to my house and have a free estimate for the replacement of windows.Sears can only install double pane windows of their own brand. Is Milgard brand better? I still have time to cancel the free estimante by Sears if I think the Milgard brand is better.
