从builder砍价砍不下来但可以要点free option

如果你带个agent可以跟你的agent砍
1)agent的3%comission里分你1% 或者
2)如果你有旧房要卖，让agent帮你free卖old house
个人认为1)好，如果2),agent不会帮你好好卖房子，等于白给agent送钱.

当然不同的builder有不同的policy，先问清楚了，再决定要不要agent.
