昨天问了个15分要不要搬家

其实我自己没搞明白，那不是15分，是15%。是
% of students meeting or exceeding grade-level standards

那这15分重要吗？重要到象孟母三迁一样要搬家吗？
这两个学校，一个africa 2%, asian 9%, Hispanic 16% white 71%.
另一个分数高的学校是：
africa 1%, asian 19%, Hispanic 1% white 79%.

大家帮我分析分析。小孩子已4岁，若筹化搬家， 得赶紧。
