有没有住在stratford, CT 的朋友?

我们要搬家到stratford, CT.请问那边的房子怎么样?我上网看了看,都是老房子,有没有新房子?很贵吗?学区怎么样?如果我们住在Shelton, 房子是不是便宜一些?谢谢!
