The new house community where we are interested in has a Verizon Wireless Receiving Tower nearby (within 1 mile), does it have any risks on human? The builder said they don't know. There is also a mineral superfund site (landfill, used to be lithium factory) within 2 miles of the community. When we asked about it, the builder said we can go to county office for answer...we talked to our realtor, he said it shouldn't be a problem, but we are not total convinced.
Well, because it is in a good school and there are very few new developments in this area, so it is selling very fast, but we wanted to be more causious about the environment especailly we have young kids.
Any input greatly appreciated.
