《第一修正案》专家们表示，具有审查 TikTok 用户的最终效果的法案可能会被法院否决。

“长期以来，最高法院的先例保护了美国人根据《第一修正案》获取国外信息、思想和媒体的权利，”哥伦比亚大学奈特(Knight)第一修正案研究所政策主任Nadine Farid Johnson说。“通过禁止 TikTok，该法案将侵犯这项权利。”

 

The experts of <<First Amendment to the United States Constitution>> say  the law which will review the final decision of the TikTok users might be voted down.

"For a long time, there are precendents for the Supreme Court to pretect people's right of gaining foreign information, thought and media based on <<First Amendment to the United States Constitution>>", said Nadin Farid Johnson, the dean of institure of <<First Amendment to the United States Constitution>> in Columnbia University, " by banning TikTok, the law would violate this right"
