* Be a smart patient

Doctors can only help to maintain your health. The ultimate responsibility for your health lies with yourself.  Before any surgery, consult another doctor, because in 30% of cases, their views are different.  Keep with yourself a brief medical record, including your family medical history, or at least put it online, so if you are sick while outside your home, you can easily find your medical record.

医生只会帮助你保持好的身体，但是最终的责任还在于你自己。在接受任何手术前，记得多咨询其他医生的意见，因为30%的情况，他们的意见会有所改

变。给自己留一个手写的病历单，包括自己的家族病史，或至少存在网上，这样如果你离家之外的时候患病，也可以轻松找到自己的病历单。
