The Daffodils

I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.

The waves beside them danced; but they
Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:
A poet could not but be gay,
In such a jocund company:
I gazed--and gazed--but little thought
What wealth the show to me had brought:

For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.

咏水仙

独自漫游仿佛云烟
飘越溪谷掠过山峦
花丛簇簇映入眼帘
金光灿灿迎客水仙
茂林之荫银湖之畔
随风摇曳起舞翩翩

花儿遍布如星璀璨
点缀银河晶莹烂漫
绵绵不绝悠悠无限
一路蔓延湖湾之畔
目之所及成千上万
娉婷翘首起舞翩跹

水泛涟漪碧波潋滟
在水一方花更俏艳
诗人不禁欢喜卓然
笑语盈盈相依相伴
凝望良久尚未明鉴
此景赐我丰饶致远

软席凭倚空寥遣倦
心不在焉沉思怅然
透视心扉情景回闪
孤寂之时天赐福缘
我心欢悦福杯溢满
心花怒放共舞水仙

小记：这首诗同样来自先生二十前送我的诗集『101 Famous Poems』，正是春花烂漫时，水仙一丛丛一簇簇细小而充满生命力。原来古今中外对水仙花都是那么喜爱有加，想起心姐写过家里的水仙花，那时一到冬天，有雅兴的人家都要养盆水仙，赶到春节前后开花，淡淡的香气，引来街坊邻里亲朋好友欣赏。

这些水仙照片第一张来自网络，其他的都在我家院里绽开笑脸，有些年年开，越分越多。去年感恩节后又买了不少，我种晚了，郁金香的秆儿很短，就迫不及待开花了，结果成了水仙的陪衬。

小插曲，读到诗句＂For oft when on my couch I lie" 首先蹦出的词是“沙发土豆（couch potato)，这，这。。。也太不好入诗了。为了押韵，有些顺序颠倒了，不妥之处，敬请谅解。

水仙被赞为凌波仙子，愿美好时刻永驻，心灵之花常开～～～
