假如我可以将生命重新来过

小记：几年前，我去参加一个避静会，读到这个小诗文，感触颇深。作者是一位85岁高龄的老妇人，我们大多不及她年龄的一半，也有了不少的人生经历。当时，同行的一位中年朋友刚刚失去了她的先生，她说：“要是他早早看到这份忠告有多好！”我们许多人，一直在拼命，奉献，力争上游。。。从今天开始，就让我们善待自己和家人朋友：放松，快乐，活在当下！允许自己更随意，允许自己更俏皮，允许把自己的需求放首位。。。亲，假如你的生命可以重新来过，你愿意做什么改变吗？ IF I HAD MY LIFE TO LIVE OVER by Nadine Stair If I had my life to live over I'd dare to make more mistakes next time. I'd relax, I would limber up. I would be sillier than I have been this trip. I would take fewer things seriously. I would take more chances. I would climb more mountains and swim more rivers. I would eat more ice cream and less beans. I would perhaps have more actual troubles, but I'd have fewer imaginary ones. You see, I'm one of those people who live sensibly and sanely hour after hour, day after day. Oh, I've had my moments, And if I had it to do over again, I'd have more of them. In fact, I'd try to have nothing else. Just moments, one after another, instead of living so many years ahead of each day. I've been one of those people who never goes anywhere without a thermometer, a hot water bottle, a raincoat and a parachute. If I had to do it again, I would travel lighter than I have. If I had my life to live over, I would start barefoot earlier in the spring and stay that way later in the fall. I would go to more dances. I would ride more merry-go-rounds.
