生活中

你见过任何景向

比每天傍晚

太阳

悠闲而从容地

漂向地平线 

还要奇妙

 

它漂向云层或丘陵
或者是波涛起伏的大海
之后就不见了
之后又徐徐而行

它像一朵红花

每天清晨
在世界的另一端

冲出黑暗

它带着天国的颜料向上流动

它对你说，在一个初夏的早晨

在其完美的帝国距离
你有没有感觉到什么
比如疯狂的爱
你是不是认为在任何地方，以任何语言 
一句话，都会为着这样的快乐

而如波浪般翻滚

当太阳

伸出手来

这种快乐就填满你

温暖你

 

而当你两手空空

站在那里

或许你也会同它一样

转身离开这个世界

 

或者你也会

为着能量

为着物体

而发狂

The Sun

Have you ever seen
anything
in your life
more wonderful

than the way the sun,
every evening,
relaxed and easy,
floats toward the horizon

and into the clouds or the hills,
or the rumpled sea,
and is gone--
and how it slides again

out of the blackness,
every morning,
on the other side of the world,
like a red flower

streaming upward on its heavenly oils,
say, on a morning in early summer,
at its perfect imperial distance--
and have you ever felt for anything
such wild love--
do you think there is anywhere, in any language,
a word billowing enough
for the pleasure

that fills you,
as the sun
reaches out,
as it warms you

as you stand there,
empty-handed--
or have you too
turned from this world—

or have you too
gone crazy
for power,
for things?
