I knew came to know Dr. H first as a teacher in spring 2006 when she was teaching ＃＃course in spring 2006. Although many years have past passed, some of the episodes that happened took place in the class are still vivid to me, This may be because that class is was the first one I took after enrolled I was accepted into # university. As an international freshman, I was deeply impressed in how knowledgeable Dr. H was, and how friendly and patient she was to students by Dr. H’s knowledge, patience, and friendly manner, especially as fresh international student as me. Because of the good impression I had gained on her, I asked Dr. H to be on my serve as a member in the committee for my Master degree in fall 2006, and then asked her to be my major an advisor for my major in 2007. Since then, Dr. H had provided huge support for to my study and research, as well as personal life. She was the one I would go to whenever I had problems in my study or research. She was always able to solve the problems for me, and most importantly, encouraged me to do more. Besides in addition to her professional aspects traits, personally, she was also had a caring and considerate personality. She tried her upmost to help me adjusted to the foreign life environment by inviting me to her home and to many social and traditional activities. Without her advisor help, I would not have not finished my thesis and published highly qualified scientific papers with high quality; without her help, nor would I would have not fitted in and enjoyed my life in the United States as I do today. Therefore, from a student’s point view point of view (or view point), I highly recommend to promote support the promotion of Dr. H as a full professor. She deserves it.
