很欣赏小薇的翻译。两处：

1.特许经营公司有漏译，是不是应该有franchise这样的词加进来
2.还喜欢MM的informed source使用，我可能要用people familiar with什么的。你的很美很简洁，学习了。小问题：知情人士是指人，informed source有点broader， can be narrowed down to informed people.
 
btw, 还有个typo： a－》an :))
