自己动手，又好又便宜？

又好又便宜，有莫有？

这一阵子忙得来，很久没烤面包了。家里人都被惯坏了，不吃买的面包，自己烤的，又好又便宜。可是可是如果把我的时间算进去，好像一点也不便宜哦。不过不算等待时间，好像厨娘真正花的时间也不多。关键在于，知道里面放了啥进去。水，yeast, 不加糖不加盐，没有奶油也没加油，更没有食物保鲜添加剂。原始古朴的谷物及各种种子！

运动越多，尤其是跟着这里大家一起混，自觉不自觉地愿意吃更纯粹的食物。虽然额偶尔会开戒，但绝大部分时间，额的饮食是非常自律健康的。喜欢从原料开始，讨厌加工深加工精加工食品。

什么又好又便宜？有莫有？有，非常稀少！

今日打卡 Day 74, 本该跑步，大雨哗哗，临时改变计划：HIIT 30min, kettlebell 23min, pushups 20-20-20, deadhang 3组。
