Eat heavy breakfast, eggs fruit or veggi, but no milk,yogourt is OK. No sugar or white breads.
Lunch and dinner:
Eat a lot of veggi(perfer salad), about 3-4 cup veggi per meal. one portion of meat(can be fish, chicken, beef,etc) and nuts and fruit as snack. Cheese can replace meat.
Drink a lot of water, tea is OK but not too much
No carbohydrate and sugar in any form.
Try the plan for a week, you will feel much refresh and energic. Then, you can add back carbohydrate and reduce meat intake (even better, only fish)
And important thing is "DO NOT Overeat!"
