1) Reduce the white rice(flour) intake. Start to eat whole wheat bread and brown rice.
2) Reduce sugar intake, stop to eat candy, cake, juice and other high sugar drinks
3) Reduce meat intake, including all the white and red meat, such as beef, pork, chicken, etc. Fish is a better alternative
4) Increase vegatable intake, eat a lot of(I mean a lot) veggi
5) Take some nuts, they are good source of fat
6) Do some light exercises, increase exercises when you can
7) Get a good sleep
