也许你是考虑驱逐麻烦。如果没有付月付，对买家有特别的保护吗？

之所以用Land Contract，就是因为买家没有钱。我有两个房子都Land Contract卖出去了，我只是多收了1个月的月付，再加escrow，一年的地税，保险，还有security,现在都年把过去了，都按时付的，已经有不少的equity了，合同写如果不付，到5号就可以驱逐。

感觉比出租的安全，因为一是有escrow，还有就是equity，难道我有失算的地方，请jy101大师指点。
