也许你是考虑驱逐麻烦。如果没有付月付,对买家有特别的保护吗?
之所以用Land Contract,就是因为买家没有钱。我有两个房子都Land Contract卖出去了,我只是多收了1个月的月付,再加escrow,一年的地税,保险,还有security,现在都年把过去了,都按时付的,已经有不少的equity了,合同写如果不付,到5号就可以驱逐。
感觉比出租的安全,因为一是有escrow,还有就是equity,难道我有失算的地方,请jy101大师指点。
为什么呢?请指点
