that you should consult an attorney, if you apply for a loan without fully disclose the contract, there can be big problems....

without with bank fully subordinating the loan, you are putting the bank in a junior lien position, I don't think they like that.

what you should do is get the loan first, then sell in on contract.

now please bear in mind, these are only my opinions...
