I was kind of aware of those risks, therefore, wrote the contract/agreement in my favour. I don't know if any unexpected thing happens whether or to what degree, the agreements can protect me.
Actually, another thing worries me to. I bought the property in cash, when it's sold there is no mortgage on it. Since I still have the deed, so I secretly applied for the mortgage after the property had already been sold without telling the buy/tenant.
Is it ok?
