每次买秋葵,都是放到快坏了才吃,主要是不会吃,过去没吃过。今天蒸的,吃了一半。

维生素C最多是水果类,维生素A胡萝卜类里多,维生素B和E是种子坚果粗粮类里多等等。其他纤维矿物质就多吃些杂的植物。
