说得太对了。做瑜伽不讲究呼吸,不体察身心的细微反应,不知道用呼吸来控制体位,那只是做操,非常容易伤身。
回答: 练得时候以从容呼吸为标准,以呼吸带动作,否则就是练过头了。瑜伽精神讲究每一口呼吸都是灵魂的修行和喜悦这样你顺势而为的动作才会身心
