我经常爬山, 但是一般hiking 5-6 个小时以上脚的两边, 脚后跟两边会长泡。 这是鞋的原因or sock的原因?
鞋是一般hiking shoes, Merrell, 还算fit. socks are regular sports socks. would wool socks help? but i am in the south, its already 70-80 degree here.

我上山好像没问题,下山或平路5公里以上好像出问题.
