毛细血管扩张性共济失调综合征是指一种罕见的、复杂的及预后不佳的神经皮肤综合征， 又称毛细血管扩张性共济失调综合征、共济失调毛细血管扩张症、运动失调性毛细血管扩张征、Lovis-Bar征群。本病为常染色体隐性遗传性疾病，绝大多 数为散发病例。临床特征包括：婴幼儿期发病的小脑性共济失调、眼球结膜毛细血管扩张、反复发作的鼻旁窦和肺部感染、易发生恶性肿瘤和混合性免疫缺陷。
