我们老师要求我们在练习前默念三遍“do not go to sleep",但绝大多数人在练习过程中入睡了,主要原因是精神紧张带来身体的疲劳。

Yoga nidra is a type of yoga that can help with sleep by inducing a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It can help the mind transition from a waking state to a hypnagogic state, where the brain waves slow down and the body is essentially asleep while the mind remains aware。
