减慢淀粉分解为糖速度.不建议大剂量吃但可以尝试分餐后少量吃,比如把一天VC计量分成餐后3次吃.

再加饭后踢踢腿弯弯腰做做手臂拉伸,类似健身操动作,餐后2小时血糖能降低.

如果血糖没到高吃药那种pre可以一起试试有没有效果?
