呵呵，您去过上海么？崇明我没去过，但大街小巷的生煎都是头朝下。

不管是徐汇静安，还是闸北南市。用上海话说肉包子是很拗口的，大家都说肉馒头。生煎要么叫生煎，要么叫生煎馒头，也没有叫生煎包的。
