老印老板要我教小印

打拼多时，已成为公司默认的SME. 现在问题来了。老印老板要我教小印。（可能要多保险吧）可是我确实有点不乐意。现在某项目要同时挂我和小印名。他的部分要我做幕后老师。手把手教他做。这个小印是个什么人呢？ 大喇叭。臭技术。非常不谦虚。要换了个人品好点的，也许我会考虑。这种人，我真不想教。老印老板是个细节控。经常不懂装懂。开会老抢人话题。是否值得换工作？
