比如蹲不下去就别硬蹲。慢慢寻找最舒服的位置,把更多精力放在呼吸上~~~我50多时下式都做不到位(膝盖疼过后就不硬下了:),现在快70了,深吸一口气,反而能下到底啦,蹬脚也能保持3秒了:)
