大厨之恋和什么是真美食

这里两个视频都挺长,但如果有耐心,很值得.
Dan Barber是个有名气的大厨.他对sustainable farming和食物链的思考和实践一直是很前卫. 文化水平也很高,第一个视频里他把一个学徒时期的恋爱故事讲得很动人.

第二个视频里讲的是我真感兴趣的: 什么是上乘材料--当然他的段位比我高多了.
他用foie gras做例子,那个西班牙养鹅的简直是一个鹅神.

取之有道,食之有道是另一种境界.新年里自勉.
