For business letter closings: 

1) Use “Yours faithfully”, if you do not know the name of the person ("Dear Sir/Madam").

2) Use “Yours sincerely”, if you know the name of the person.

3) “Yours” is also used in business letters and emails, but considered informal.  It should be avoided if confusion may occur.
