A short, ancient iron bridge
A low, old iron bridge inn
The river flows quietly beneath
Wild flowers spread like stars
May rain drizzles
and we wade in puddles
The drips and drops
pitter-patter on the bridge
Mountain beasts
peek from the inn roof
with various wagged tails
to reveal the untold fanfares
