Do you respect yourself?

"Do you love, respect and trust yourself?"

Can you answer this question with an undeniable, resounding YES? Self-esteem is all about love, respect and trust. It's based on the confidence and satisfaction you have in yourself. Self-respect is the voice inside that tells you how special you are, that you can become whatever you want, and says it with conviction.

Learning to love the real you unconditionally, just as a mother loves her children, can take time. But you can do it! You'll know when you have done it, because your self-esteem will soar and you will be more creative, friendly, loving, and outgoing, as a result.

Start loving, respecting and trusting yourself right now, and never stop. You're worth it.
