Stranded in the winter shore

lost in your nostalgia for distance

you are glorified by your lonely appearance.

Sailing for the dream voyage

is now in your momory.

 

Tilted mast, rusty paint, mottled boat rafters

bear witness to your yearning of the waves.

Parked in the vast cold, you are silent

in response to the call of the wind.

You are missing the distant shore

your passion for expedition.

 

White spray is stuck in your memory.

Shore flowers, green peaks and ridges

depict the picture that will never disappear.

You are still filled with love for the sea.

 

Where is your last home?

Redemption in the cross?

The transformation of the soul?
