一篇经典不朽的公众演说，仅仅272字（原稿）

一百五十年前的十一月十九日，林肯在美国内战结束的地方，Getty*****urg, 为了治愈内战所带来的无法描述的创伤，为后人留下了一篇简短而不朽的演说词。尽管它被“归类”为“政治性的演说”，但时间证明，林肯的这个“政治演说”所囊括的根本没有政治！

大凡喜爱经典文学诗歌的人们是出于对语言的真是含量和对现实语言（官方语境）的厌恶和唾弃。涉及政治、理念的文字更是少之又少，能够引起共鸣的声音只属于历史长河中罕见的几位。

说林肯是现代“美国演说”的先父是不夸张的。人类历史的演变和进化过程中，有哪个“将军、领袖”的公开演说能在百年后仍然被他的国民，包括被他“打败”的一方而传颂从而作为治国、治本的理念？有哪个“领袖”的演说能够超越政治、宗教、权力而又毫不躲避人性中无法避免的暴力、流血？

一百五十年前林肯做到了！在地球上存在了千年的奴隶制被击溃了，“人人平等”的概念令他的国民和反对者开始反省人类存在的意义。林肯的国民从此再也无法回避人性的弱点，但是，意义最伟大的是，他的国民开始意识到了一个国家能够体现的，也是一个人能够体现的强势！

一百五十年，世界变化无常、美国变化无常，但林肯的272个英文单词依然是“美国”存在的灵魂磐石和衡量她的政府、权力阶层的准绳。

语言上，这位一百五十年前的总统演说稿没有失去丝毫的力度和文字的美感！它的节奏依然迎合着这个国家的心跳，他的声音依然回响在嘈杂的世事变幻之中。

历史记载，1917年2月21日孙中山在为《民权初步》一书作序中表示：

?何為民國？美國總統林肯有言曰：「民之所有，民之所治，民之所享。此之謂民國也。」1919年，孙文在《三民主义》文言本中表示：“林肯氏曰：“为民而有，为民而治，为民而享”者，斯乃人民之政府也。有如此之政府，而民者始真为一国之主也。”

1921年6月，孙文演说《三民主义之具体办法》时说，“这句话的中文意思，没有适当的译文，兄弟就把它译作：民有、民治、民享。of the people就是民有，by the people就是民治，for the people就是民享。林肯所主張的這民有、民治和民享主義，就是兄弟所主張的民族、民權和民生主義！”而在1924年演講《三民主義》之『民生主義』第二講末端表示：?我們三民主義的意思，就是民有民治民享；這個民有、民治、民享的意思，就是國家是人民所共有，政治是人民所共管，利益是人民所共享。?

一个人有时会迷失方向，一个国家又何尝不是如此！？

汉语用“载舟、覆舟”的比喻来形容国民和政权的“鱼水情”和辩证关系。但是，如果“政府政权”这条大船在没有覆没的时候却在黑暗中航行，“水和船”的存在都将是潜在的危险。而“黑暗”中的存在不过是惊恐和疑虑的混沌和颤抖的、在绝望中等待。

The Getty*****urg Address 全文：

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battlefield of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate, we can not consecrate, we can not hallow this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here.

It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us—that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion—that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.
