梵高星夜名曲Vincent的解读

Vincent这首名曲，是70年代美国民谣歌手Don McLean，为纪念19世纪荷兰伟大画家梵高Vincent Van Gogh而作，歌曲创作的灵感是来自梵高的一幅著名画作Starry Night星夜。梵高作画的时间只有十年，但他绝对是个天才，可是当他在世时，无人欣赏他的作品。在狂热的精神压力下，他终于崩溃，住进了精神病院，后在院中自杀身亡，终年37岁。而其传世作品如星夜，向日葵，鸢尾草，空椅子以及自画像，都是在精神病院中稍为清醒时候的作品。 

Vincent的歌词，体现了歌手那种发自内心，试图探索画家内心世界，对画家不为世人理解所深表的同情，更为画家对这个世界的误解而结束自己的生命惋惜。歌曲旋律流畅浑如天成，歌词也是如画般的唯美，整首歌曲的配器就是一把吉他，简洁美丽。星夜这幅名画现放于纽约的现代美术馆Museum of Modern Art内，每天开放及完结时，艺术馆都会播放Don McLean 的这首名曲。

以下是我的原创译文： 

Starry, starry night 繁星点点的夜晚 

Paint your palette blue and gray 把你的调色板涂成蓝灰色 

Look out on a summer's day 望着夏日的窗外 

With eyes that know the darkness in my soul 用那双明瞭黑暗在我心灵的眼睛 

Shadows on the hills，sketch the trees and the daffodils 山丘上的阴影，勾画出树木和水仙花 

Catch the breeze and the winter chills 捕捉到微风和冬天的寒冷 

In colors on the snowy linen land 用不同的颜色在雪白的亚麻布地上 

(这里表达了梵高的作画灵感，因为梵高身在精神病院，并不能从实际角度去写生作画，只能从他的脑海里想象) 

Now I understand what you tried to say to me 现在我明白你想要对我说什么 

How you suffered for your sanity 你是怎样受你的理智折磨

Are soothed beneath the artist's loving hands 都在艺术家的慈手中得到安抚
