事情是这样的：我的老板有经费，但是他的一个很要好的朋友没钱，又想做点研究，我的老板同意让我帮做一部分，我做了，现在，这个老板的朋友又提出更 多要求，而且是我极其不喜欢做的实验。我不想做。我是PH.D.，他要做的都是非常技术员做的事，我自己一大堆的课题要做。我真的没有时间和精力做这些与 我的课题豪不相关的东西，当然，我做的东西他都在文章中挂我的名字，我知道那是我应得的，他却总是拿那个来说服我。我帮这个老板的朋友都几乎两年了，以前 都抹不开老板的面子，现在这人得寸进尺了。我想说不了。一定得说了，但是还是不想伤着老板和老板的朋友。

You may want to talk with both your boss and his friend in person, instead of sending emails.
Just tell them that you want to concentrate on your own project. In consideration of your career goal and your tight schedule, it is hard for you to continue to work in the same way for his friend. You can suggest his friend to hire a (part time) technician, and you are still willing to help them.
You have your right to make decisions for yourself, and they will understand.
