Happy Every Day

There were sunny days and rainy days in the past. Will sunny days for 365 days of a new year? Maybe not! Some unfortunate things may manage to get you or hurt you. How to stand still when such things happened? One powerful word “positive” may be the attitude a human being can have. I summarized some tips for myself.

1) Smiling when you get up and let the music play in your heart

2) Writing down all the happy thoughts you have, make a long list

3) Caring and giving, let your gentle heart touch yourself and others

4) Giving your true heart to others and be generous about your kind words

5) With a peaceful mind when facing unfortunate things and those who don’t like you

6) Winning with dignity and losing with grace and saying “it does not matter at all”

7) Having a memory to remember the happy moments and forget those unhappy ones

There were some depressing moments in 2010. At the Chinese New Year Eve, I tell myself to sing this song “Happy Days”. To the magic power of the music, I felt so different when I sang into the spirit of this song. I am sure I will have a lot of happy days ahead. I invite all my friends to listen to my new recording and have happy days together in 2011.
