一次有意思的wine tasting and food pairing party.

今天，俺参加了一个wine tasting and food pairing party。
Party 是为了 celebrate 大老板和众system of lords 的service annversary (大老板：35 年的service year；其他system lords 也在10 年到25 年间)，俺是陪客：）

party是在一个private club 举行，品了三种高档的阿根廷wines 和不同的配菜：
1）Chardonnay 配 Japenese style 的tuna 鱼（清香），和泰国style 的seafood（淡酸）
wine is so well balanced，fresh，clear。。。finish great，especially with seafood。

2）cabernet sauvignon 配 小牛排with mushroom，wine has purple color。
我还和host 品酒师切磋了品酒手艺，发现俺的品酒手艺不差，被她称为good wine taster。 不过，也从她那儿学来了正确的握杯法～～。看样子，这几年，俺在品酒上的功夫没白投资～～

3）第三道是深色红酒，called melbeck。偏甜，配上一小碟dissert，真是最好的关门餐～～
