APAD: I think, therefore I am (Cogito, Ergo Sum)

The proof seems sufficient but not necessary. I still am even when I'm not

thinking.

 

In fact, what we often do is OVER-thinking, a modern pandemic (according to

Eckhart Tolle).

 

One story impressed me years ago with a remark that kids in India were taught

meditation to counter mental stress and anxiety (read fear-driven repetitive

over-thinking) in their quest, in a fierce competition, for academic excellence

and a better future.
