"皮笑肉不笑"和"fake smile"的区别

早晨我和同事们与HR经理开了早餐会讨论公司克扣俺们加班费问题, 我们虽然准备充分但显然不是Vivian的对手, 看着她面带笑容打太极, 而作为team leader的我的英文水平已经跟不上了。

散会后同事们都很失望, 我说很不喜欢Vivian的态度, 俺们中国人形容这是:"Her face skin is smiling but the meat underneath is laughing at us!" 

同事们显然听懂了, Mike said: "exactly! I just wanted to punch her on her face".

这皮笑肉不笑有啥英文解释? 同事说的fake smile 显然无法表达其中之意
